What an absolutely unforgettable week we had at our church! Our 4-day Vacation Bible School (VBS) came to a close, and we are still filled with excitement from all the fun. This year, we trekked through a vibrant jungle for our Rainforest Falls theme, where we discovered the awe-inspiring nature of God. Through energetic worship, creative crafts, games, and deep Bible lessons, our kids learned just how much God loves them, protects them, and guides them through every season of life. We had so much fun!

We wrapped up our incredible week on Thursday with our massive Family Night, and it was the perfect reflection of our community! It was a joy to open our doors and welcome familiar faces and meet new neighbors from all around the Douglasville area. Families enjoyed delicious pizza, they jumped for hours in the awesome bouncy houses, and the excitement was especially high during our special giveaways.

Beyond all the incredible games and food, our community showed its true heart. Through our special VBS mission initiative this week, our families and children pulled together to raise an amazing $1,361 for our local Pregnancy Resource Medical Center (PRC)! We are deeply moved by this generosity, which will directly support mothers, babies, and families in our local area.

Providing a safe, energetic, and family-friendly environment where kids can grow closer to Jesus is the absolute heartbeat of our children’s ministry. Thank you to every single volunteer, parent, and donor who made this week a resounding success. We cannot wait to see everyone back next year!
